Can clients ask questions or share notes when booking?

Yes. Add your own questions to the booking form, like hair length or allergies, and the answers are saved with the client.

Can clients reschedule on their own?

Yes. Every confirmation has a link to cancel or reschedule online, within the cancellation window you set.

How does the free trial work?

Every new business gets 7 days of Pro free, with everything included. You don't need a card to sign up. Before the trial ends, choose Basic or Pro in your dashboard; if you choose early, you're only charged once the trial is over.

Can clients pay a deposit when they book?

Yes. Connect your Stripe account and choose, per service, whether clients pay a deposit or the full price when they book. The money goes straight to your Stripe account; Slotkite takes no fee (Stripe's usual card fees apply). If you cancel a booking, it's refunded automatically.

Built around the way hair salons work

Services with add-ons

Set durations and prices for every service, and offer add-ons like toners or treatments that add time and price to the booking.

Every stylist's column

See the whole salon's day in a calendar, filter by stylist, and know each client's history and notes before they sit down.

Deposits for long appointments

Ask for a deposit on color and long services so a late cancellation doesn't cost you an afternoon.

The client journey

From first click to their next visit

Every step runs on its own, so you can stay focused on the person in front of you.

Step 1

They find you

Your website and booking link show your services, prices and photos wherever clients look: search, social or a QR code at the desk.

Step 2

They book

They choose a Cut and blow-dry, add any extras and pick a time that's really free, day or night.

Step 3

They show up

A deposit secures the time, and a confirmation, plus the reminders you choose, keeps it front of mind.

Step 4

They come back

Their visit history and your notes are saved, and booking again takes seconds from your link.
