Do I need a separate website?

No. Your Slotkite website includes your services, about section, gallery and booking. You can also use your own domain.

Will busy times in my Google Calendar block bookings?

Yes. With Google Calendar connected, events there mark you as busy, and your Slotkite bookings show up in Google Calendar too.

How does the free trial work?

Every new business gets 7 days of Pro free, with everything included. You don't need a card to sign up. Before the trial ends, choose Basic or Pro in your dashboard; if you choose early, you're only charged once the trial is over.

Can clients pay a deposit when they book?

Yes. Connect your Stripe account and choose, per service, whether clients pay a deposit or the full price when they book. The money goes straight to your Stripe account; Slotkite takes no fee (Stripe's usual card fees apply). If you cancel a booking, it's refunded automatically.

Booking and a website for personal trainers

Clients book their next session from their phone, pay when they book, and can get a reminder so they actually turn up.

Slotkite for personal trainers

Built around the way personal trainers work

Paid when they book

Take the full session price or a deposit online, straight to your Stripe account. Slotkite adds no fee on top of Stripe's.

Hours around your own training

Set your weekly hours and block time off. Connect Google Calendar and your personal events stop clients booking those times.

A site that sells you

Your story, your services and photos on a website with your own domain, with booking on every page.

The client journey

From first click to their next visit

Every step runs on its own, so you can stay focused on the person in front of you.

Step 1

They find you

Your website and booking link show your services, prices and photos wherever clients look: search, social or a QR code at the desk.

Step 2

They book

They choose a 1:1 training session, add any extras and pick a time that's really free, day or night.

Step 3

They show up

A deposit secures the time, and a confirmation, plus the reminders you choose, keeps it front of mind.

Step 4

They come back

Their visit history and your notes are saved, and booking again takes seconds from your link.

One platform

Everything you need, in one place

No patchwork of tools. Your website, bookings, payments and messages work together, set up for personal trainers.
