Can I offer different session lengths?

Yes. Set each service's duration and price, and add extras that add time to the booking.

Do clients get reminders?

Yes. Clients get an email confirmation for every booking, plus the reminders you choose. Clients who give a phone number get them by text too.

How does the free trial work?

Every new business gets 7 days of Pro free, with everything included. You don't need a card to sign up. Before the trial ends, choose Basic or Pro in your dashboard; if you choose early, you're only charged once the trial is over.

Can clients pay a deposit when they book?

Yes. Connect your Stripe account and choose, per service, whether clients pay a deposit or the full price when they book. The money goes straight to your Stripe account; Slotkite takes no fee (Stripe's usual card fees apply). If you cancel a booking, it's refunded automatically.

Slotkite for massage therapists

Built around the way massage therapists work

No phone tag

Clients book, cancel and reschedule online, and get a confirmation, plus the reminders you choose, by email and text.

Notes that matter

Keep notes on each client, like pressure preferences or areas to avoid, and see them before every session.

Fewer empty slots

Reminders and online deposits mean fewer forgotten appointments and last-minute gaps.

The client journey

From first click to their next visit

Every step runs on its own, so you can stay focused on the person in front of you.

Step 1

They find you

Your website and booking link show your services, prices and photos wherever clients look: search, social or a QR code at the desk.

Step 2

They book

They choose a Deep tissue massage, add any extras and pick a time that's really free, day or night.

Step 3

They show up

A deposit secures the time, and a confirmation, plus the reminders you choose, keeps it front of mind.

Step 4

They come back

Their visit history and your notes are saved, and booking again takes seconds from your link.
