From sign-up to your first booking
Most businesses are set up in an afternoon. Here's every step, and where to find it in your dashboard.

Create your account
Sign up, and a short setup walks you through your business details, your website address, opening hours, first services and colors. You start with 7 days of Pro, free, with no credit card.
- Your type of business shapes the starter website, so it reads right from day one.

Fine-tune your services
Booking › Services
Add everything clients can book, with a duration and a price for each, and extras they can pick, like a beard trim with a haircut.
- Ask your own questions on the booking form, like allergies or the client's goals. Find it under Booking › Clients › Booking form.
- On Pro, choose which team members perform each service.

Fine-tune your availability
Booking › Availability
Adjust your weekly hours, then add holidays and time off. Choose your booking rules: the minimum notice, how far ahead clients can book, and until when they can cancel online.
- Connect Google Calendar here, so busy times there can't be booked.

Turn on payments
Business › Settings › Booking
Optional, but it cuts no-shows. Connect your Stripe account, then choose per service whether clients pay a deposit or the full price when they book.

Make your website yours
Website › Design, Content and Gallery
Add your logo, cover image, colors and fonts in Design, and photos of your work in Gallery. In Content, edit each section, reorder them or add new ones, with a live preview beside you.
- On Pro, apply a premium template in one click, or let the AI site maker write the whole site for you.
- Changes save as a draft. Your live site only changes when you publish.

Publish, on your own domain
Website › Domain
Publish your site on its Slotkite address straight away. When you're ready, connect a domain you own.

Share your booking link
Business › Settings › Booking
Put your link everywhere clients find you: your Instagram bio, your Google Business Profile, your cards, or an existing website.
- Clients get a confirmation straight away. Turn on reminders before their visit under Business › Settings › Notifications.

Invite your team and pick a plan
Business › Team, and Billing in your account menu
On Pro, invite the people who take bookings; each can connect their own Google Calendar. Before your trial ends, choose Basic or Pro.
- If you choose early, you're only charged once the trial is over.
